Returns and Refund Policy
We at Enlight.Life strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. As a retailer offering products from various third-party suppliers, we have a comprehensive Returns and Refund policy to assist you. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the guidelines outlined below:
- Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain sensitive products, as specified, cannot be returned after they have been opened.
- Before returning any item, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. They will provide you with further details about the return process.
- All returns are subject to approval by the respective third-party supplier. We will facilitate the return on your behalf, and the approval process may involve additional requirements.
Defective Product Return:
- We accept returns for defective products, such as items with broken bottles or damaged packaging. The risk of loss or damage to the products during shipment passes to you upon their dispatch from the supplier’s facility.
- Once the supplier has received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment or credit card within a seven (7) days.
- If you opted for PayPal as your payment method, please note that PayPal may charge an 8% service fee for refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- In case you haven't received your refund yet, kindly check your bank account first.
- Next, contact your credit card company, as there might be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.
- If the refund is still not received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
- If an item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for inspection. Once we identify the error as ours, we will either re-ship the item, offer you a refund, or provide a credit note.
