Shipping

The products on this website are shipped by third-party suppliers and the shipping tracking details will be provided by the third-party supplier. Some products may take up to a week for confirmation of the tracking details. Some of the product bundles include products from more than 1 supplier, therefore multiple tracking numbers will be supplied in this case.

DELIVERY

The address details used for the shipment of your order are the exact details supplied by you at the time of ordering. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays so it is important to check these details when ordering. A contact telephone number is required for the courier. Your contact details will be kept private as per our privacy policy.

Registered Deliveries generally take between 1 to 30 working days depending what part of the world you are located. It is important to note that the Customs Agency in the country of destination (where applicable) may delay the delivery of an order for up to 4 weeks for inspection or as a random security measure. This applies to a small percentage of orders shipped and unfortunately is uncontrollable.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Enlight.Life and our suppliers are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
 
Enlight.Life and our suppliers have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
