Whilst my approach is deeply holistic and my focus is deep cellular regeneration, I learnt to be realistic and I understand the importance of meeting everyone exactly where they are at.
When you engage with me 1:1, I will outline all your options and what the pros and cons as well as what the possible limitations are so that you can decide for yourself what your preferred course of action is.
Cellular regeneration takes time and a shift in consciousness. Sometimes we just want and need an initial quick fix to get out of the mud, so that we can then work on the root of our issues at a pace that feels best to us.
I will always try to meet you there too, and I will also tell you when that simply is not an option.
I am open and well versed in any dietary propensity and ultimately will work with what is best for you at this time.
When I lay out all the options, then you will have clarity as to what feels best and doable for you.
I have a deep fascination and trust in the body's ability to heal and regenerate. What ultimately matters though is what level of participation and engagement you seek and I will always respect that and offer you the best way forward for where you are at.
I have the fairly unique ability to combine a deeply holistic approach with a deeply functional and scientific one, and I work with a team of experienced Dr’s and formulators, whom I consult depending on case by case.
My fascination with health and what is possible for us, knows no bounds and I haven’t stopped learning and researching in 24 years. Whilst I am not a purist, I tend to draw the line at things that will ultimately harm our health or give away our power and responsibility for superficial gains.
I work with and draw on a team of Dr's that can offer HRT, various regenerative protocols such as Exososome Therapy when applicable as well as injectable peptides, but we tend to start off with at least three to six months of regenerative protocols to work on building a strong foundation.
This is especially necessary when we are dealing with complex degeneration and chronic health issues.
My protocols tend to have three main tiers to them
Cellular Detoxification -because we cannot heal or regenerate a body that is overburdened with toxins and waste

Cellular Regeneration through the use of specific nutraceuticals and peptide therapy for safe and effective results.
This may include specific “anti-aging” protocols and products keeping in mind your specific weaknesses.
I view the body as the house of God and every dis~ease as a divine messenger that bears gifts.
Working with many clients from all walks of life over the years has taught me that our health issues tend to be our life issues and that as we heal our body, we can heal our whole life too.
Experience has taught me that our health issues are connected to unexpressed and unaccessed parts of ourselves and that our greatest life force lies hidden in our full expression.
I don’t see your health as something to be fixed but rather as a fully creative process with almost unlimited avenues

I may require you to go for further testing. I am not a fan of testing and rely heavily on symptoms and history because they tell most of your story -however sometimes testing, even DNA testing, can be very useful and necessary at times. Overall I use minimal testing though, also because most of my clients come from and with extensive testing already. Generally speaking the testing I require tends to rarely exceed $1000
All my protocols will require you to purchase various supplements which can range between ~$500 and ~$1500 per month, in rare cases it could be a bit more for a short while. The vast majority of products I work with are not isolates but whole food supplements, herbs, clays and peptides. I will always give you options of what is most necessary and work within your budget and desires. NOTE: Once we venture into injectable peptides we may be looking at another $500 to $700 a month on top of your regular whole food supplements/nutraceuticals and peptide bioregulators, however injectable peptide courses tend to be for only a few months at a time and not ongoing

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL/REGENERATE?
Generally speaking, if you are in good health and are only looking to optimize your health, then generally you’d be looking at 6 to 12 months.
If you are in a health crisis, you are looking at anywhere between 12 to 24++ months.
Regeneration does not happen in an instant, no matter how much money you throw at treatments and products, it’s still going to be a process.
